DENNIS MORRIS

Photographer / Musician / Art Director

Dennis Morris started his career at an early age, a camera fanatic since the age of 8, and he was 11 years old when one of his photographs was printed on the front page of the Daily Mirror. His career as a music photographer took off when he was invited to join Bob Marley on tour. By the age of 17, his photographs of Bob Marley and The Wailers gained worldwide recognition, gracing the cover of various music magazines and earning him the reputation of a young prodigy.

Morris continued to photograph iconic portraits of rock stars such as the Sex Pistols, Patti Smith, Oasis, and Radiohead, with whom he had close relationships. He has published many photography books and shot to magazines like Rolling Stone, Time, and People, as well as various advertising campaigns. His work has been exhibited in countries around the world, including the UK, Japan, and the US.

Through his career as a music photographer, he also became involved in album cover design and pursued his own music career as a member of Basement 5.
