SEBASTIAN MAZZOLA

Chef / Gastronomic Director

Chef Sebastian Mazzola, born in Argentina.

While traveling the world, he has trained in the best of the most avant-garde cuisines such as El Bulli and Noma. After the dissolution of El Bulli, his proven skills and creativity earned him a Michelin star as the head chef of 41°, an upscale limited season cocktail bar serving El Bulli's cuisine as tapas.
Since then, he has been responsible for the concept and menu development of "Pakta," which serves modern Spanish-Japanese fusion cuisine, and "Ticket," and has led many restaurants to earn Michelin stars.

After becoming independent, he has launched the food and sake unit "Cooking In Motion" with sake sommelier Sussie Villarico. They have organized multiple exclusive events in Spain, the UK, the US, Japan, Dubai and others, pairing food and sake.
